Endowed Scholarships
Endowed scholarships are created to honor and/or memorialize special people such as: spouses, parents, siblings, teachers, coaches or grandparents. An endowed scholarship will live on in perpetuity. Only the interest on the investment will be used to support the annual scholarship allocation. These special scholarship funds not only provide important financial assistance to deserving students, but they pay tribute to those being honored and/or memorialized. They are truly “Gifts that keep on giving”.

"My late wife, our two children and I are graduates of VCSU, and we all received scholarship support. I felt now was a good time to give back to VCSU and make a difference to students so they have the same opportunities we had. I established an endowed scholarship while taking advantage of the challenge grant at the same time. I would encourage and challenge you to consider an endowed scholarship. It’s an excellent way to honor someone special now and into the future."
